WIKE: New PDP BoT chairman Wabara under fire
Following the reading of the PDP crisis report by BoT chairman Adolphus Wabara on Friday, things have got hotter as Rivers Gov Nyesom Wike’s supporters discredited report, and tackle Wabara.
The crisis-ridden opposition was expected to deliberate on the peace panel report that could have seen the party’s national chairman Iyorcha Ayu out of the party’s power loop—the only condition Wike and his men give for peace to reign.
But many were surprised the report ignored the recommendation when it was read at the meeting Ayu attended.
A clique in the PDP upper crust has raised an eyebrow after the BoT report was read. They claimed the report had been doctored.
According to report, the original report was that Ayu should resign with immediate effect.
The Wike cabal now urge the media and the public to challenge Wabara, seen as a man of honour, to release the original document containing the actual report.
