8 Signs your body might be crying for help
Our bodies are a mechanism where many things happen simultaneously. Sometimes, the body can give us some signs that something is not quite working as it should.
What we need to do is not ignore those signs because they might point to health issues.

1. GREEK FOOT
A Greek foot is also called Morton’s toe, which is a linger second toe on the foot. This may be a cause of callusing or discomfort on the ball of the foot at the base of the second toe.

2. RINGS AROUND THE IRISES
These rings might appear in people who are over 50 years old and this is quite usual.
If this appears in a much younger person, then, it might mean that the person has high cholesterol levels. If this is happening, you will have to consult a doctor.
3. FRAGILE NAILS AND HAIR
If you have fragile nails and hair, your body is telling you that you need more vitamin B. Just try to drink some more milk and have some more seaweeds and mushrooms.
4. BLEEDING GUMS
If your gums start to bleed suddenly, and they do this constantly when you brush the teeth, it means that you are deficient in vitamin C.
Just try to consume more citrus fruits, spinach, green and red bell peppers, tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli.
5. DESIRE TO EAT ICE
If you feel like you want to eat ice, then it might mean that you have Anaemia, or iron deficiency.
If you want to get some iron, the best way would be to consume more beef, eggs, and molluscs.
Nevertheless, it is still better to consult a doctor if you are feeling like eating ice and you lack energy.
6. SWEET TOOTH
If you suddenly crave something sweet, it might mean that you are stressed, exhausted or depressed. Thus, the body is asking for glucose.
Try to oblige it, and to avoid gaining weight, you would have to have some dark chocolate or honey.
7. DRY SKIN
If you lack vitamin E, this will result in dryness of the skin. Thus, you will need to consume more oils, vegetables, nuts and fish.
8. INSOMNIA, IRRITABILITY AND LEG CRAMPS
If you are experiencing these signs, then your body might need magnesium and potassium.
If you want to take these vital elements, consume more tomatoes, oranges, bananas and spinach.
