“Take their money & their rice, but use your conscience” – Babajide
Popular Nigerian Journalist Babajide Otitoju has advised Nigerians regarding those coming out to contest for political positions across the country. Babajide addressed the topic during his recent interview on TVC News.
Supporting the right candidates and making the right choices has been of concern to many Nigerians as the country’s next general elections draw closer. Experts have since advised the people on the type of people needed in running the country’s affairs.
During his interview on TVC News, Babajide said, “We know the people who want to come out, but Nigerians should make the right choices. Do not make a choice based on political party, ethnicity, or religion. Vote for those who can get the job done. We have both bad leaders and bad followers.”
Speaking further, Babajide said, “I gave a lecture today, and I advised people to take the money and the rice offered to them. However, let your conscience rule your affairs.”
