In Okene LGA, Kogi, wearing dreadlocks could earn any guy the scrape because a new administrator is in town

Zubair Amoka started off with an effort to rid his area of hippies, and the first scalping he did made the headline.

A photo gone viral online reveals Amoka scything down low the knotty hairstyle of a young man sitting on the ground.

The picture shows Amoka and his enforcement team, including an armed police officer shaving the man’s head.

Hip hairstyles have always bothered a generation of Nigerian leaders who sometimes stereotypes youth steeped in that culture.
