“Ghana music is a shame” – Shatta wale
Backtracking on all the nasty thing he has said about Nigeria and Nigerian music, controversial Ghanaian dancehall star Shatta Wale has called on his compatriots to respect Nigerians because they understand music talent.
He made this known via his twitter handle which was followed by a series of tweets calling out his Ghanaian counterpart.
He tweeted, “Please can we just respect Nigerians for their hard work and stop comparing our lazy lifestyle to theirs… It’s shame people think Nigerians will come hard at me but see they are the ones doing the streaming cuz they understand what Talent means… Ghana music is a shame.”
If you would recall, Shatta Wale a few months ago accused Nigerians of not supporting Ghanaian artistes, a statement that spiraled into an online war of words with Nigerians and Nigerian artistes, and most notably Burna Boy.
