Atiku, Okowa, PDP leaders visit Babangida In Minna

The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), former Vice president Atiku Abubakar, the vice presidential candidate, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, and some PDP leaders paid courtesy visit to former Head of State, General Ibrahim Babangida (rtd) at his country home in Minna, Niger State.

Atiku. After the visit, declared in a statement: “It is always a delight to share time with General Ibrahim Babangida.

“His counsel and understanding of our country is priceless as we work to recover Nigeria from years of economic and security decline.”

Okowa also expressed gratitude to Babangida for “his wise counsel on our continued efforts to #RecoverNigeria for all Nigerians.”

Other PDP leaders on the visit to IBB include Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State, Governor Darius Ishaku of Taraba State, former Governor Babangida Aliyu of Niger State, etc.
