Men in soup for possession of human skulls
Two men, Saheed Adeyemi, 33, and Michael Edemba, 60, appeared before Risikat Ebeloku-Mustapha of the Omi Adio Magistrates’ Court, Ibadan for unlawfully carrying human skulls.
Prosecuting officer, Ken Brasana, said the men were caught at Abidogun junction in the Omi Adio area of Ibadan with the skulls.
Adeyemi and Edemba pleaded not guilty to the charges, insisting they did not commit the offence.
Ebeloku-Mustapha, granted them bail of N200,000 each with two sureties in like sum, and adjourned the case till 13 March for mention.
