I’m humbled to be appointed CBN Gov – Cardoso

The new Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Dr. Yemi Cardoso, has celebrated his confirmation by the Senate after screening, stating: “I am humbled to have been appointed Central Bank Governor.”

He expressed the honour he had to stand before the Senate and was confirmed as the Governor of the CBN.

“Yesterday, I had the honour of standing before the Senate and being confirmed as the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
