EFCC stages Anti- Corruption Walk to Yar ‘Adua Centre today
As part of activities to mark the 2015 International Anti- Corruption Day celebration, staff of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC), will today in Abuja stage an anti- corruption procession through major streets.
In a statement by the Head, Media and Publicity, Wilson Uwujaren said the procession will start from its office in Wuse 2, to the Shehu Yar ‘Adua Centre, Abuja, venue of the national anti corruption day celebration.
The anti-corruption procession which is expected to commence by 8.00am, and will be led by the Chairman of the agency, Ibrahim Magu.
The theme of the 2015 International Anti-corruption Day, “Break the Corruption Chain,” is intended to call global attention to the effects of corruption on all sectors of our national life.
