In a new lawsuit, Sean “Diddy” Combs faces accusations of drugging, binding, and raping a woman in a New York recording studio in 2001, then allegedly recording and distributing the assault as pornography.

Thalia Graves, the plaintiff, broke down at a press conference in Los Angeles, sharing the trauma she has endured since the alleged attack. Her lawsuit, filed Tuesday, claims that Combs, alongside his former bodyguard, Joseph “Big Joe” Sherman, violated her, leading to lasting mental health struggles, including PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

Graves is the 11th person to accuse Combs of sexual assault. Her attorney, Gloria Allred, emphasized the need for justice, stating, “It is long overdue for those who have caused her to suffer to be held accountable.”

The lawsuit alleges that after being drugged and assaulted by Combs, the incident was filmed and later distributed as pornography. Graves claims she was discouraged from reporting the rape due to fear of retaliation and concerns over her boyfriend’s career, who was a Bad Boy executive at the time.

Since the assault, Graves has faced multiple threats, forcing her to relocate several times.

This lawsuit follows a series of legal actions against Combs, with several women coming forward in recent months to accuse him of sexual misconduct. Graves’ suit is part of a growing number of claims linked to Combs’ history of alleged sexual abuse, further intensifying public scrutiny of the music mogul.
