Oyedepo tasks Christians on devotion to God at Shiloh 2015
Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church (Winners Chapel), has reminded Nigerians to be in partnership with God so that they would become conquerors.
Oyedepo said this at Canaan Land in Ota, Ogun, on Friday at the Annual Winners Chapel Prayer Convention, Shiloh 2015, entitled: From Glory to Glory.
In the live programme, monitored in Abuja, Oyedepo said partnership with God in his kingdom was a platform of agreement.
He said that the essence of partnership with God was the security that Christians had in the days of trouble because it made Christians to be more than conquerors.
“Partnership with God is for everyone servicing His kingdom and it makes a believer more than conqueror.
“Friendship with God is the peak of relationship and it makes Christians become supernatural.
“ It is not just to serve God casually but it must be done delightfully and excitedly so that it will trigger supernatural favour,’’ he said.
Mrs. Evelyn Ben, a member that attended the programme from Kaduna, urged Christians not to take their encounter with God for granted for it must be followed with testimonies.
Ben said in her testimony that she encountered God because she believed Him for a divine intervention in the aspect of pregnancy and her prayers were answered.
“God took me to a different level I never expected; that is why it is good to pray fervently without season.
“My husband and I prayed and believed God for divine intervention; it was our topmost prayer point and we held onto every prophecy declared by bishop.’’
Mr. Samuel Arogundade, a driver said he encountered God’s presence in the 2012 Shiloh after he had obeyed all what the bishop asked the congregation to do during the impartation service.
Arogundade said the impartation was powerful that he felt the power of God on him and that relieved him of high blood pressure.
“I believe God to heal me from high blood pressure because it removed me from daily medications for years.
“The power of God touched me and I felt relieved in my body which keep me till today.’’
