Automedics Autofest begins today in Lagos
The much talked about Auto show in Lagos, AutomedicsAutofare, is to be officially opened today, 28th of September, 2015, by the Lagos State Governor, AkinwunmiAmbode while the Director General of National Automotive Council, Engr. Aminu Jalal is expected to deliver a short address to participants.
According to the organisers, the 7-day show promises to be a fun filled and classy one as the number of registered participants for free trainings and seminars keeps growing daily. Already, major automobile marketing companies and Lubricants in the country have registered to part be part of the show. Some of the companies are: ElizadeAutoland, Suzuki (C&I), KIA Motors, Truckmasters, Coscaharis Motors, Kojo Motors, Autodex, Oando Marketing and host of others.
Also, Consolidated Hallmark Insurance as well as Topcheck Online Insurance Agency will be present to offer expert advice on insurance and other financial cover for participants at the show.
“AutomedicsAutofest is an annual show, which serves as a meeting platform for auto lovers/freaks, buyers and sellers to transact mutually beneficial business, interact and exchange ideas on their desired vehicle models, needed genuine parts, accessories and favorite lubricants,” the firm said.
The Managing Director, Automedics Limited, Mr. KunleShonaike, said, “This is the first time such an exhibition is happening on the mainland in Lagos State, and the uniqueness lies in its proximity to the seat of power, the Central Business District, Alausa, which houses the Lagos State Government secretariat.
The firm said the state television, being a partner in the project, had assured of friendly and affordable commercial advert rates, in addition to a special purpose TV programme tagged ‘AutomedicsAutofest Special’ where exhibitors could promote their products.
Other media partners of the show Radio Lagos/Eko FM, Traffic Radio, Rock City FM Abeokuta, and Core TV will be on ground to cover the event.
