Headies Awards: Efe Omorogbe speaks on 2face Idibia’s Hall of Fame induction
SINCE being inducted into Headies Hall of Fame, 2face Idibia has continued to receive congratulatory messages and positive comments from many entertainment bigwigs and one person that is not left out from the lots, is his manager of many years, Efe Omorogbe.
Speaking with HIPTV recently, Efe said: ‘This year’s Headies Hall of Fame is very special award. It’s not an honour given to someone who used to be big, someone who used to be invisible. It is not an honour given to someone in recognition of what he did decades ago.
‘It’s Hall of Fame induction for someone, who is still headlining outdoor concerts, with over 10,000 screaming fans of mostly pretty young people between 18,19 to 23 years old. So it’s special.
‘It’s a further testament of his quality of talent, the strength if his durability, the magic of longevity. It a reward of his dedication, of his discipline, of his hard work, his commitment to his arts and all that’s required to be associated with the brand.’
Efe Omorogbe, C.E.O of Nigeria’s novel talent management company, Now Muzik, continues to be a major force in the development of entertainment in Nigeria. The UNILAG graduate is regarded as an intellectual, administrator and resource person. He recently setup Now Muzik en.Core, a sister company which handles events and campaign.
