Advertising guru, Onabolu to chair 2024 Industry Summit on May 3
The Group Managing Director of COSSE Group, one of the leading integrated marketing communications (imc) in Nigeria, Mr. Funmi Onabolu has followed in the footsteps of Dr. Biodun Shobanjo of Executive Chairman, Troyka Holdings and Sir Steve Omojafor, Chairman, STB McCann Group to be named the prestigious chairman of the 2024 Industry Summit.
The event themed: Sustainable Marketing for Growth would also feature Dr. Felix King Eiremiokhae, Group Managing Director of Oracle Experience, the largest experiential marketing agency in West Africa as the Co-Chair.
The summit, which is scheduled to hold on Friday, May 3rd, 2024 at the Marcelina’s Place Ikeja GRA, Lagos would also feature the marketing director of Nigerian Breweries Plc, Mr. Emmanuel Oriakhi as keynote speaker, the head of unit, sustainability at Access Bank, Mrs. Omobolanle Victor-Laniyan and manager brand, strategy & communications at Stanbic IBTC, Ms. Rita Akao will feature as guest speakers.
Onabolu with over 41 years of work experience in the Nigerian advertising industry is a seasoned marketing communications professional with a passion for creating and deploying simple but effective solutions to marketing challenges.
According to him, “I have a strong expertise in integrated marketing, advertising, content, experiential marketing, media planning and buying, digital marketing, and channel solutions adding that ‘I currently lead COSSE Ltd, a group of specialist companies that offer a full range of marketing communications services to clients across various sectors and industries.”
His top skills include strategic brand consulting, brand communication, advertising, integrated marketing communications planning, and brand activation.
