After 8 yrs as gov, Ganduje goes to Harvard
Kano Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano State has travelled to the US—for studies.
According to the Commissioner for Information, Malam Muhammad Garba, Ganduje is billed to attend the “Authentic Leadership Development Programme” at Harvard Business School, Boston.
The governor has transmitted power and given full mandate to the Deputy Governor Dr. Nasir Yusuf Gawuna, to serve as acting governor of the state in his absence.
The statement added that all official transactions henceforth should be channeled through the office of the Deputy Governor for necessary action.
Ganduje is going for a two-week programme on leadership when his second tenure is ending in 2023.
