Arsenal beat Leicester 2-0 to move fifth place
Arsenal on Saturday beat Leicester 2-0 at the King Power Stadium to move closer to the top four on the Premier League table.
Arsenal recording the 2-0 away victory, pushed Leicester to the 10th position while moving up to the fifth position on the table on Saturday.
Arsenal’s away winning goals came from Gabriel and Emile Smith Rowe, leading Leicester at home in the first half.
Arsenal has extended the team unbeaten run in all competitions to nine games, moving to fifth position on the table with 17.
Arsenal has continued to recover from their slow start at the beginning of season winning their last four matches.
Arsenal has moved ahead of Manchester United and Tottenham on league the table.
Gabriel scored the first goal for Arsenal in the fifth minute, from Bukayo Saka’s corner with a header.
Smith Rowe scored the second goal in the 18th minute to consolidate Arsenal’s lead in the first half of the game.
