Bandits kill 12 field workers in Niger border communities
Bandits struck in two communities of Tillaberi border region in Niger, killing 12 people working in the field.
A municipal official in Anzourou district was cited to have disclosed on Friday that “there were 12 deaths following the attack on Thursday afternoon by armed men.”
The victims were identified by the official to be males, indigenes of Doukou Saraou and Doukou Makani.
