President Muhammadu Buhari and service chiefs have begun another meeting in Abuja.
The closed-door meeting is taking place at the Presidential Villa.
Security plans for the March 9 governorship and State Houses of Assembly polls are most likely top issues on the agenda.
Those sighted going for the meeting were the Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Gabriel Olonisakin; Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Yusuf Buratai; Chief of Naval Staff, Ibok-Ete Ejwe Ibas; and the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadiq Abubakar.
The attendance also included the National Security Adviser, Maj.-Gen. Babagana Monguno (retd); Director-General of National Intelligence Agency; the Director-General, Department of Security Service; and Acting Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Mohammed Adamu.
The Minister of Interior, Lt.-Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazzau (retd), and the Minister of Defence, Brigadier Gen. Mansur Dan-Ali (retd), are attending the meeting.
Recall that on Thursday, last week, the Service Chiefs held a similar meeting with the Chief of Staff to the President, Mr Abba Kyari.
