Christmas: Lagosians resilience, determination major survival tools – Jandor
The Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general elections in Lagos State, Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran (JANDOR) has felicitated with all Lagosians on the occasion of Christmas and New Year celebration, describing their resilience and determination are the requisite ingredient for survival in spite of the prevalent harsh economic situation.
Dr. Adediran urged Lagosians to reflect on the basic tenets of Christianity which he said are based on love, kindness, peace, perseverance, and compassion towards one another as they celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ this Christmas.
In a statement signed by Gbenga Ogunleye, Head, Media and Communications, JANDOR4GOVERNOR Campaign Organisation dated December 23, 2023 Lagosians were advised to brace up and fashion out the kind of future they want.
He stated that the year has been a challenging one for all residents of the state most especially, but he is confident that the Lagosians spirit of resilience and determination will see everyone through the difficult times.
JANDOR admonished the people to use the occasion of the season to reflect on the state of Lagos State and stay hopeful about the changes they want to see in the coming years.
“Christmas is a celebration of hope of a breath of fresh air. It’s a season of reassurance that light will triumph over darkness no matter how long it takes. I wish all the good people of our beloved state their heart desires during this season and beyond. Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year,” he said.
