Popular Nigerian Musician and award-winning entertainer, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has reacted as his uncle, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke received his certificate of return.

His uncle, who is a federal lawmaker defeated the Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress in the recently conducted Osun governorship election to clinch the apex political seat in the state.

The Independent National Electoral Commission presented the Certificate of Return to the Governor-elect today in Osogbo, Osun State capital.

Reacting to the development, David Adeleke stated that it has been a long battle fought. He added that he puts his career on the line during the campaign for the Peoples Democratic Party candidate.

He congratulated Senator Ademola Adeleke as he revealed that the next thing for him is to go back to the studio and continue his music.
