Dokpesi leads Atiku’s presidential campaign team to Gov Ortom, decries Nigeria worse under APC
High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Board of Trustees (BoT), leading the 2023 presidential campaign team of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on a mobilization visit to Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State, to seek support for the former vice president at the PDP convention.
Dokpesi, Founder and chairman emeritus of Daar Communications Plc, owners of AIT and Raypower FM, met behind closed doors with Governor Samuel Ortom at the Government House, Makurdi.
Dokpesi appealed to PDP stakeholders in Benue State to unite and support the candidate that has the capacity to rescue Nigeria from the prevailing socio-economic crises and restore the country on the path of development.
He decried that the All Progressives Congress (APC)-controlled Federal Government has failed woefully, noting that the country is worse off under the APC government. Dokpesi maintained that “Nigeria under the watch of APC has satisfied all the requirements of a failed State.”
He encouraged PDP members to make the right choice in nominating the party’s presidential candidate for the 2023 general elections.
