Dokpesi projects Atiku as trustworthy, experienced leader Nigeria needs in 2023 presidential election
The national coordinator of Atiku Abubakar 2023 presidential campaign, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in Yenogoa, Bayelsa State, projected former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as the trusted and experienced leader Nigeria needs as successor of President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023. Dokpesi during a consultative meeting with Governor Douye Diri at the Government House, Yenogoa, noted with the current situation of the country’s economy and security, Nigeria needs a trustworthy and experienced leader like former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.
Dokpesi is leading a consultative team for the Atiku Abubakar campaign for the 2023 Presidential election to engage PDP stakeholders across the country, mobilizing support for Atiku as the right man for the job.
High Chief Raymond Dokpesi at the meeting with Governor Douye Diri at the Government House, emphasized that the many challenges of insecurity and economy in the country requires a leader in the person of Atiku Abubakar to deliver the country.
Governor Diri acknowledged the patriotic spirit of High Chief Raymond Dokpesi and his mission for a credible presidential candidate for the PDP in 2023.
The governor emphasised the need for PDP stakeholders to put personal interest aside and promote the interest of the party by being united for the 2023 general elections.
Dokpesi, thereafter, commended Governor Douye Diri for the development strides in the state under his leadership.
