El-Rufai stoops before Buhari at Aso Villa; social media on fire
Height-wise, Kaduna Governor Nasir El-Rufai is vertically challenged.
His lowly estate gets more obvious when he stands beside President Muhammadu Buhari.
It could have been just natural for him then to be lowlier anywhere around the president, a six-footer willow of strength at 79.
Maybe he did it for the camera, but, somehow, El-Rufai was on all fours—oh, well on threes—at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Tuesday.
Samuel Aruwan, Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs in Kaduna, was with him when he went on bended knees before the president.
The photo has been trending online.
Many think he went way, way down low.
Some insist it is culture.
El-Rufai doesn’t care a fig what social media says about him.
It’s not impossible the Accidental Servant himself will tweet or post about it merrily soon.
