El-Zakzaky back in detention
Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) otherwise known as Shiites and his wife, Zeenate have been taken into custody by the Department of State Services (DSS).
They were taken into the custody on arrival at the airport on Friday.
The Islamic cleric and his wife arrived aboard an Ethiopian Airlines by exactly 12noon at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
The President, Media Forum of IMN, Ibrahim Musa, confirmed to reporters in Abuja that their leader had been taken away by the DSS operatives.
The sect had alleged that the Nigerian government interference in the medical arrangement in India frustrated the medical leave the court grant El-Zakzaky.
