Father Mbaka visits Buhari at Aso Rock
Controversial Catholic Priest Ejike Mbaka guested in at Aso Rock, and was welcome by President Muhammadu Buhari at about 12 noon on Monday
The priest, until recently, had been vacillating in his prediction of which party would carry the Feb 2019 presidential contest.
Mid last year, Mbaka, who backed President Buhari ahead of the 2015 election, lashed out at him for mismanaging the economy and causing hunger. He saw Buhari and APC losing the 2019 election.
But recently, the priest changed his prediction, and was lambasting the PDP, which many saw as a way of switching to the APC side.
Other priests and leaders of the denomination in Nigeria have condemned his style of priestly call.
