Governor Ikpeazu fires Chief of Staff, Agbazuere, for spraying public funds on Indaboski
Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State on Sunday fired the Chief of Staff to his office, ACB Agbazuere for spraying money openly on Indaboski.
The governor’s directive for the immediate suspension of the Chief of Staff was revealed in a statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Barrister Chris Ezem, on Sunday.
The SSG in the statement declared: “Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has directed the immediate suspension from office of the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Dr ACB Agbazuere.”
The governor subsequently ordered the Permanent Secretary, Government House, Alozie Odoemelam, to perform the duties of the Chief of Staff till further notice.
The directive was given by the governor after a video went viral on social media showing Agbazuere spraying money on Prophet Chukwuemeka Odumeje, widely known as Indaboski.
