How bandits killed commissioner at his residence in Katsina
Bandits took their onslaught to the residence of the Commissioner for Science and Technology, Dr. Rabe Nasir, Katsina State, and killed him in cold blood.
The commissioner was shot dead on Wednesday night in his residence located at GRA, along Daura Road, Katsina.
Security operatives in the state took over the residence of the deceased after the commissioner had been killed.
Katsina State, the home of President Muhammadu Buhari has been hot zone of operations by bandits since the surge of violence in northwest Nigeria by the bandits now identified as terrorists by the federal government.
