IGBOHO: Court orders DSS to pay N20bn

Justice Ladiran Akintola gave the order in a suit filed by Igboho,
The judge also dismissed application challenging its jurisdiction for hearing the suit.
DSS raided the Yoruba nation agitator house at Soka Ibadan in July, killing two and arresting 12 others it claimed engaged them in a shootout.
Igboho fled, and was later arrested in Benin Republic, where he’s waiting trial in prison now.
The service also claimed it recovered 10 guns, and other weapons Igboho was stockpiling against the state.
Yomi Alliu, Igboho’s lawyer, went to court to challenge the raid.
