I’ll fãînt if I see N1 billion — Ex-Adamawa Governor, Bala Ngilari
Former Governor of Adamawa State, Barr Bala Ngilari, has revealed that he will faint if he personally sees and owns N1 billion.

Ngilari, who governed the North Eastern state briefly between October 2014 and May 2015, was convicted of corruption involving N166 million and sent to prison, after leaving the office.
