Infinix targets youth creativity with ZERO Flip: 4K video, GoPro integration
Infinix has made a bold entry into the foldable phone market with the launch of its first flippable smartphone, the ZERO Flip, aiming squarely at Gen Z’s penchant for creativity and content creation.
The ZERO Flip stands out as the only flip phone to offer 4K ProStable video on both front and rear cameras, a feature designed to cater to the growing community of vloggers and content creators who rely on high-quality, stable footage.
The device not only boasts cutting-edge technology but also reflects youth-driven trends, launching in a vibrant “Blossom Glow” color, carefully designed to resonate with Gen Z.
According to Doris Zhao, the marketing manager of Infinix, the ZERO Flip is “more than a technological leap; it’s about self-expression in a fast-changing world.” She added that the company hopes to inspire users to push the boundaries of creativity with its trendsetting design and innovative features.
One of the major draws for content creators is the dual-screen preview feature, which allows users to see themselves on the external display during rear camera shots.
This, paired with the AI Vlog Mode and long-lasting battery, gives influencers like Stan Nze the tools they need to enhance their content. Nze emphasized that Infinix’s commitment to the youth market is evident in its attention to high-performance features tailored for creative expression.

Fellow influencer Neo Akpofure highlighted the ZERO Flip’s unique ability to hover at multiple angles between 30° and 150°, making it ideal for hands-free vlogging. He noted that this feature offers users more freedom when filming, especially for solo creators who can now capture content without the constraints of arm length.
Yemisi Ode, PR Manager of Infinix, explained that the 50MP Ultra-Wide lens is another standout feature, allowing users to capture wide, expansive scenes effortlessly. Coupled with ProStable video capabilities, the ZERO Flip ensures smooth and stable image capture for both photos and videos, positioning itself as a powerful tool for mobile photography enthusiasts.
The phone’s integration with GoPro further enhances its appeal. With GoPro Mode, users can seamlessly connect their GoPro devices to the ZERO Flip, using the phone as a monitor for real-time adjustments. The durable design, reinforced by a hinge tested for up to 400,000 folds, ensures the ZERO Flip can endure the rigors of daily use.
Infinix’s entry into the foldable phone market not only highlights its focus on youth creativity but also cements its reputation for delivering high-performance devices designed for modern content creators. With features like AI-powered RAW HDR, 2x lossless zoom, and GoPro integration, the ZERO Flip positions itself as a premium choice for young consumers looking to unlock their creative potential.
