Joe Biden wins US presidential election
Joe Biden of the Democratic Party has been projected winner of the US presidential election. he defeated President Donald Trump of the Republican Party with Electoral Votes of 273 to 213 and won majority of the popular votes cast.
US TV networks projected on Saturday Biden’s victory after the candidate of the Democrats won some key battleground states which were won by Trump of the Republican in 2016.
Biden’s victory was considered sealed after he won the crucial State of Pennsylvania.
Biden was vice president for eight years when Barack Obama was President of the US. Biden won in his third contest for the US president.
