Jurgen Klopp makes honest confession after defeat by Arsenal
Jurgen Klopp has made an honest confession after his Liverpool side were defeated by Arsenal on Sunday.
The victory has since seen Arsenal firmly back into title contention, and in truth, many Arsenal fans will feel the result was deserved.
Arsenal now enjoyed a better fortune after suffering an unfortunate loss in the FA Cup tie between the two in North London a few weeks ago.

It’s incredibly rare to see players like Alisson and Virgil van Dijk making such mistakes, even if Jamie Carragher has pointed out a certain weakness before.
But fortune aside, Arsenal did produce an excellent display, full of high pressing, energy and tactical nous – something you can often say about a Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool side.
And following the game, Klopp was magnanimous in defeat, he too seemed disappointed with his team’s performance.
The German took a moment to speak about Arsenal’s display after the game in his press conference, and admitted that the opposition deserved to win.
Discussing the game, Klopp said: “Arsenal deserve the three points, there is no doubt about that: they scored three and we had one shot on target, so that’s obviously the one stat that shows the most.
“We should have had more of that, we could have had more of that, but because of the story of the game it didn’t happen.”
However, it would have been hard for Klopp to argue otherwise, considering the manner his team were well beaten.
And many will argue that Liverpool may not have gotten a lifeline at the game if it wasn’t for a rare mistake by William Saliba. The mistake that wasn’t helped by David Raya either in fairness.
