Keyamo reacts after Ayuba says NLC will mobilize support for Obi
The NLC’s president, Ayuba Wabba revealed that the former governor of Anambra state and candidate for president of the Labour Party (LP), Mr. Peter obi, will receive support from the congress and its affiliate unions across Nigeria’s 774 local government areas, according to a statement released some few days ago during an interview with Channels TV.
Festus Keyamo, the spokesperson for the All Progressive Congress (APC) Presidential campaign, reacting to this claim made by Ayuba Wabba by releasing a statement via his twitter handle, where he said, “Peter Obi has vowed to remove fuel subsidy if elected. My brother, Ayuba Wabba, should then go ahead and tell the Nation whether organized Labour now supports total removal of fuel subsidy because the NLC cannot later turn around to oppose a policy that it’s candidate fully supported”.
