Lagos demolishes illegal structures on blue rail line
The Lagos State Government has continued the cleanup of the Blue Line/BRT Corridor on the Lagos Badagry Expressway on Monday, October 23.
This was disclosed in a post shared on X by the Senior Special Adviser to the Governor on New Media, Jubril Gawat, on Monday.

According to Gawat, the special squad carrying out the clean-up is led by Assistant Commissioner of Police Bayo Suleiman.
His caption read, “The clean up of the entire Blue Line/BRT Corridor on Lagos Badagry Expressway all the way down to Iyana Iba and other parts of the route continues.
“The State Government has done all forms of sensitization and awareness through radio jingles, stakeholder engagement, and a lot more.”
Gawat added that the operation is now getting to Alaba Rago and its surroundings.
