Ndidi signs Leicester City contract extension
Former Premier League champions Leicester City have confirmed the contract extension of Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Onyinye Ndidi who has signed a new three-year deal.
The Nigerian joined the Foxes in January 2017 from Belgian Pro League side 2017 and has won three titles with his club who only gained promotion back to the topflight from the Championship.
Leicester City website on Friday published the latest decision of the former Nath Boys midfielder to continue his football career in England.
The Nigerian attracted interest from several clubs in England and across Europe as his contract winds down and was tipped to make the move away from his club as of July 1 which was 24 hours after his contract came to its end.

The player however seems to have decided to stay on towards the end of June as top English newspapers began to hint of an impending new contract to be agreed between the club and representatives of the player.
The new contract will also include a release clause as the 27-year-old hopes to play for a bigger team in the future.
The Nigerian has played 192 matches for Leicester City in all competitions since arriving at the club
