No going back on hosting the U-21 African Nations Cup—. Nimrod
President of Nigeria Volleyball Federation, Engineer Musa Nimrod has confirmed that Nigeria is ready to host the U-21 Volleyball African Nations cup Championship in Abuja,National Daily gathered.
Engineer Musa Nimrod said that the Nigeria Volleyball Federation Executive Board Meeting in Abuja said that despite the short notice the country will have a successful hosting of the thirteen countries that will participate in the male U-21 volleyball tournament.
According to him, the hosting right letter was sent to Nigeria on August 12th 2018 and the major reason why the Executive Board Meeting was held. And despite the short notice, President Nimrod is optimistic that Nigeria will not have a successful hosting but also a successful outing.
“No going back, we are hosting the U-21 Volleyball African Nations cup in Abuja.”
“We are confident that Nigeria will have a successful hosting and outing despite short notice because the letter of the hosting right was sent to Nigeria on August 12th by the Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) which is some weeks away.”

“I am happy and satisfied because volleyball is the only game that gave Nigeria gold medal at the African Youth Games in Algiers, recently we also won the U-19 male Volleyball Nations cup.”
