Pat Utomi adamant on forming Shadow Government
Professor Pat Utomi has remained adamant in the formation of Shadow Government in the country in spite of the legal suit by the Department of Security Service (DSS) in the court.
Pat Utomi on Friday put up a notice that he would be arriving from where he is currently on June 12 and would be going to the residence of M.K.O. Abiola.
He stated that he is not afraid of handcuff or bullet at the airport; and would willingly submit himself as a lamb, noting that 4 of his friends are in the morgue.

Utomi expressly stated @UtomiPat
“Where am I. Will arrive on June 12 and head to Abiola’s residence.
“My hands are primed for handcuffs and if the Aquino treatment from Marcos, bullet at the Airport is preferred I submit willing like a lamb led to slaughter.
“Death is no big deal. 4 of my friends are in the morgue.”
Utomi had earlier announced intention to establish a shadow government, perhaps, as opposition parties appear to be collapsing in Nigeria, to check ills of bad governance and constructive engagements.
