PDP congratulates Gov. Diri on birthday
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) @OfficialPDPNig has congratulated the ‘Miracle Governor’, the Executive Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri, @govdouyediri on his birthday.
PDP National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, in a statement in Abuja, highlighted @OfficialPDPNig that Governor Diri is a simple but very insightful leader; a man of peace and broad-minded administrator who continues to ensure security, peaceful and harmonious living in Bayelsa State while exhibiting an exceptional commitment towards the overall well-being and development of the people of Bayelsa State and Nigerians in general.
According ot the PDP @OfficialPDPNig, “over the years; as a Commissioner in Bayelsa State, member of the House of Representatives, Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and now two-term elected Governor of Bayelsa State, Governor Diri continues to display an outstanding steadfastness as a patriot in all his dealings.”
PDP National Publicity Secretary also declared: “Our Party commends Governor Diri for his sterling performance in the delivery of citizen empowerment, human capital and historic infrastructural development projects in critical sectors of road, education, healthcare, aviation, manufacturing, housing, agriculture among others with which he is further transforming Bayelsa State into a hub of development in line with the manifesto and policy thrust of the PDP.
“Such legacy projects have further opened Bayelsa State to massive development, better living standard for the people and stand as a testament to Governor Diri’s capacity for impactful leadership.
“On this special day, the PDP family prays to the Almighty God to grant Governor Diri many more years in good health in the service of the nation and humanity.
