Police, NDLEA arrest 25 persons for narcotics in criminal hideout

In their effort to stamp out criminal activities across Lagos state, operatives of the Lagos State Police Command and personal of the National Drug Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Lagos state command are now carrying out raid on various black spots across the state to crack down on users of narcotics.
National Daily investigation revealed that within the last one week, a joint raid by the two security agencies paid off as no fewer than 15 suspected drug users were arrested in the various black spots.
Police source told National Daily that the suspect are now being screened and will soon be charge to court.
It is widely believed that criminals, mostly armed robbers, kidnappers and others use hard drugs like Indian hemps, cocaine, heroin and other narcotics before embarking on for operation.
