Presidency 2023: Don’t vote for Atiku, Obi, deliver 95% of votes – Tinubu to Ekiti residents
The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, on Sunday told the people of Ekiti State not to vote for Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) but deliver votes to him on February 25 when the presidential election holds.
Tinubu at the swearing-in of Biodun Oyebanji as Ekiti State Governor on Sunday in Ado-Ekiti, declared: “Sharp your eyes, shine them. Don’t forget your Permanent Voter Card (PVC).
“They are coming. One will say he is Atiku, and one will call himself Peter Obi.
“You don’t know them. The only person you know is Bola Ahmed Tinubu and you must deliver 95 percent of the votes.”
Tinubu thanked the people of the state for voting for Oyebanji as governor in the June 18 governorship election.
Tinubu assured that with the APC in control at the federal level in 2023, their future is guaranteed.
