Presidency 2023: Obi, Baba-Ahmed, visit Emir of Kano
The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) Peter Obi and the vice presidential candidate, Datti Baba-Ahmed, on Saturday, visited the Emir of Kano, His Royal Majesty Aminu Ado Bayero.
Obi, tweeting on Saturday on his official handle, highlighted: “Visiting the Ancient Kingdom of Kano with my running mate, Yusuf Baba-Ahmed. I had the honour of visiting the Emir of Kano, HRM Aminu Ado Bayero.
“We had very useful and constructive discussions, including the fire incident in the Kano market and the recent flooding in the north.”
During the visit Obi had to change his dressing to the northern wars.
