Presidency 2023: Tinubu ends consultation in UK, back to Nigeria
The leading presidential aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, widely celebrated by his supporters as Jagaban, on Sunday evening returned to Nigeria at the end of his consultations in the United Kingdom (U.K.). Tinubu had jetted out of the country unannounced after visiting President Muhammadu Buhari at the State house, Abuja, to notify the president of his presidential ambition in 2023, and few other activities in the country.
National Daily gathered that the widely celebrated APC national leader, Asiwaju Tinubu, while in the U.K. held consultation meeting with Prince Ade Omole, Dr. Lee Akin Badeji and NDA team.
Tinubu had after the meeting with President Buhari said he is still consulting and will make formal declaration for the 2023 presidential race after consultations.
Tinubu’s supporters celebrated his return to Nigeria on Sunday from the U.K. on Sunday evening. The campaign groups that celebrated Tinubu’s return on Sunday include #NDA
