According to studies, people who have Blood type A and B stand a higher risk of developing type 1 or type 2 Diabetes. Studies that were conducted proved this to be true as people who had type 0 blood had much lower risk of type 1 and type 2 Diabetes. So for your own good, be mindful of the way you live your life if you belong to any of the aforementioned blood groups.
Secondly, people who have blood type A blood stand a much higher risk of developing rheumatic diseases which includes rheumatoid arthritis than other blood types or groups. Rheumatoid Arthritis as we all know has to do with the immune system attacking some cells and tissues in the body causing inflammation of the bones and joints. It is a serious condition that has no cure for now but can be managed. So if you have blood type A, there is need for you to know you have a higher risk.
