Soludo loses close ally
Anambra State Governor, Professor Charles Soludo, has described the sudden death of his aide, Joe Anatune, as shocking and painful.
The late Anatune, who Soludo described as a close friend and ally, reportedly died of heart attack on Saturday, April 30, 2022, barely few days after his 62nd birthday.
He was recently appointed as the MD/CEO of Anambra State Signage and Advertising Agency by the Governor.
Before the appointment, he was head of Soludo’s media office.
Soludo, according to a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, said that Anatune was a foremost Apostle of the Soludo project with an uncommon strength and courage to deliver on any given assignment.
He further said that Anatune’s personal sacrifices during his electioneering campaign were not only exceptional but highly commendable.
According to him, thte deceased spearheaded the Soludo Promoters Forum (SPF) and for two years used the platform to engage professionals into mainstream politics.
Governor Soludo added that the government and the good people of Anambra State will sorely miss him.
