Steps to take before you start up your daily POS business
Do this it will help you in your daily pos business
1. Record your pos balance
2. Your cash at hand
3. Keep records of your transactions receipts
4. Endeavour to print marchant receipts, to enable you cross check at the end of the day.
5. Also ensure to take records of all your transactions of all your terminals for those that are using additional terminals .
6. And also endeavour substract your closing balance from your start-up balance both pos and cash at hand to know your profit for the day.
7. Ensure you count your money twice or more before paying the customer.
8. Ensure that you look properly at printout receipt message either if it is approve or failed transaction. Also cross check the amount on the print out before paying the customer.
8. Be conscious of your attendent- sales representative.
Please note: Do not be in a rush to settle your customers even if there are many standing before you. Take your time and attend to them one after the other so that you will not do any mistakes whatsover.
