Tension in Ondo as unknown assailants kill woman at church premises
The Iwaro community, Akoko Southwest Local Government Area, Ondo State, was thrown into tension after a woman was found murdered at a church premises.
The woman, identified as Mrs. Veronica Dare, was said to be killed at the entrance of Deeper Life Bible Church in the village. Dare was also identified as a worker in sanitation department of the church.
The woman was said to have deep cut on her neck as she laid on the floor soaked in blood.
The police authorities acknowledged the killing, saying that the dead body has been deposited at the General Hospital, Iwaro.
