Two killed, six others injured on Lagos-Ibadan expressway accident
No fewer than two persons have died while six others sustained various degrees of injuries in an auto crash on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway on Tuesday, Boxing Day.
The unfortunate incident was disclosed by Mrs Florence Okpe, Spokesperson of the Federal Road Safety Corps in Ogun State.

She said the lone accident involved a Toyota bus carrying eight passengers.
Okpe blamed the accident on over-speeding, saying the driver lost control of the vehicle before the accident happened.
“The vehicle crashed on the road barrier due to speeding and loss of control. The injured victims were taken to a hospital at Mowe in Ogun while the deceased’s’ have been deposited in its morgue” she said.
