Uzebba Killings: Obaseki discloses hoodlums apprehended
Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State in Benin City stated that the hoodlums involved in the recent killing of some policemen in Uzebba in Edo North have been apprehended.
The Edo State Governor after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the State House, Abuja, expressed concerns over the security challenges in Edo North.
He said security agents in the state are working hard to ascertain reasons for the reoccurrence of violent crime in the area.
The Governor stated that he was at the Presidential Villa to congratulate the President after his victory in the February 23 presidential election.
Unknown youths had attacked the Police station where some policemen were said to have been killed. The Police have since then gone on manhunt for the suspects.
