Former Super Eagles winger Victor Moses ensured that Spartak Moscow took away a point from Kings Park Stadium in the Europa clash on Thursday.

Moses who nonetheless saw yellow in the encounter shot the visitors ahead in the 51st minute only to bag yellow 23 minutes later. Regulars and compatriots Kelechi Iheanacho, Wilfred Ndidi and Ademola lookman were all on parade for the foxes who levelled up just seven minutes after Moses lifted the visitors.

Leicester remain third in the group after this result, with a home game against Legia Warsaw and a trip to Napoli to come. Daka was the hero last time out but he made little impact here.

Both Amartey and Iheanacho had shots for Leicester early on, while Quincy Promes and Aleksandr Sobolev looked dangerous for the visitors in an open start.

The home side came desperately close to taking the lead in the 18th minute when Soumare’s ferocious first-time strike from 25 yards bounced back off the underside of the bar.
