Why Chelsea won’t drop points again – Jorginho
Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has revealed that the Blues is determined to maintain their grip on the top of the Premier League table.
In an interview with TribalFootball, the Italian international stated that Chelsea are prepared not to drop any point.
Chelsea play Malmo in the Champions League tomorrow and then have a chance to solidify their position before the international break when they host struggling Burnley on Saturday.
Jorginho said: “We need to try to win every single game and not drop points in this kind of games.
“Maybe we missed that in the last two or three years.
“It feels good that we won [against Newcastle] because we need to look at ourselves and not have a focus on the other teams. We have a focus just on us, what we have to do and what we are doing because if we keep working like this, keep pushing and putting the group first then we can have the results we want.
“Then we will see at the end of the season what can happen.”
